Tips to help you Prep for your next competition




1. Commit To Your Exercise Routine If you are getting ready to compete, you have to be ready to make the gym your home for the remainder of your prep.

2. Embrace Fasted Cardio Doing 1 hour of fasted cardio tightens up skin, burns fat and defines muscle.



3. Resistance Training Prior to competing commit to resistance training 4 times a week and focus on specific areas you want to refine and strengthen.


4. Eating Clean Food You’ll need macro nutrients, proteins, cards and fats in the final days before competition. That means no junk food, lots of lean protein for 2 to 3 meals per day and healthy carbs.



5. Hydrate Like Crazy Drink gallons of pure filtered water (at least your body weight in ounces). It’s why body- building champions are never without their jug of water.



6. Practice Professional Posing Hire a great posing coach who has a track record for coaching winners. By practice every day and videoing your performance poses, you will refine and improve.


7. Pick Power Posing Suit & Heels Accentuate your body with the right color, suit and heels. Because posing in heels can be tricky, be sure to practice your poses in heels.



8. Accentuate Your Toned Body With A Tan Before you get your professional airbrush tan at the show, start tanning as much as 2 to 3 weeks before the show so , you will already have a base color.



9. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! You know what they say... practice makes permanent so dedicate the time and energy to do the work to attain the body you desire.
