10 Body Transformation Tips

1. Positive Affirmations

Embrace the power of positive affirmations to re-program your beliefs and remain positive. One of my favorites… “I am a strong, beautiful woman and I embrace my inner Goddess to transform my body and my life.”


2. Hydrate

Stay hydrated. Your body is 60% water and needs constant hydration, to remain healthy and build muscle. Set a goal to drink 100 oz of purified water every day. Make it more delicious, by adding lemon or diffusing it with cucumber or orange slices.


3. Stop Dieting

Eradicate the word “Diet” from your vocabulary. To fuel your body and build strong muscle, your body requires nutritious, whole foods that are organic and packed with minerals and vitamins.


4. Run towards your goals

Make Cardio a must. Your heart needs a jump start when you first get out of bed. Shoot for a high-impact cardio routine, at least three times a week.


5. Eat often

Eat smaller, frequent meals. Six mini-meals a day will release insulin and increase glucose levels, while consistently fueling your body.


6. Sugar is canceled

Say no to sugar and white flour. Replace them with macro nutrients of protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats.


7. Hire a professional

Rock Resistance Training. On the 3 days you are not doing your cardio workout, tone your body and reduce stress, with a workout regimen that is designed specifically for you, by a professional.


8. Make yourself a priority

Practice extreme self-care. Pamper your body and balance your high-intensity workouts with practices and treatments, such as yoga, chiropractic visits, acupuncture, massage and facials.


9. Stay Positive

Activate the power of your beliefs. What we believe our bodies to be is what they will become. Begin today, loving your body and building your belief, by talking to it as if it were the body of your dreams.


10. Rest up

Rest and Recover. One of the most important things you can do for your body is to give your body 8 hours of restful, continuous sleep each night.
